SENATE BILL NO. 138 BY SENATOR DYSON, entitled:                                                     
                                                                                                    
          "An Act annulling a regulation relating to use of                                         
          collaborative practice authority by a pharmacist                                          
          under written protocols approved by persons licensed                                      
          to prescribe drugs; prohibiting the Board of                                              
          Pharmacy from adopting a similar regulation in the                                        
          future; and providing for an effective date."
